I went there specifically to photograph this building and spent a full day (12 hours) doing so. I took this from across the street (4th floor of the parking lot) wanting to capture motion of a passing red bus to add another dimension to an already futuristic-looking building. After a few trials, 0.6 seconds exposure did it for me - and with my good luck, it was a half-red half-white bus!
